AUTHOR: Krista1874 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 03, 2012

Let me tell you guys this individual, Greg Christian, is not his name.  Furthermore, I don't think he even lives in Texas.  He is just a plain car thief like I said in my email.  He will get caught.  I have ways and I have many people that are looking for him.  Furthermore, I have witnesses that saw him leave with my car and you are a car thief.  He does not talk to fianance companies.  I have the FBI involved and in addition and many other agencies now!  He gets caught he is going to do hard time.  Stilling a Car is a Felony!  By the way I had 2 lawyers including police look at your bogus contract and you breached it anyway!  Did he tell anyone his famous line that when he got in your car from the airport that he conveinently lost his ID and Wallet!!  Bullshit, he didnt want you to know his real name or where he lived!  Dont worry their are ways top find that out without you giving me your ID!  Did he also tell you his bs about his mother being killed in a drunk driving accident in March?  BS!!  Also how he played professional football!  BS!

This company, and Greg Christian are a complete fraud!

AUTHOR: Marc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 19, 2012

Trust me, Car Debt Solutions is not great, like their fake customer referrals state. These referrals are complete lies, and posted by the so-called owner of this fraudulent company. Greg Christian is nothing but a car thief! Do not believe a word he says. My car is gone. The person that originally posted this review's car is gone, and I know of many others that have had their cars stolen by him as well! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, OR YOU WILL BE NEXT TO LOSE YOUR CAR! BEWARE!

Car Debt Solutions is a Great Company they are not a Scam

AUTHOR: teri w - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, May 28, 2012

Car Debt Solutions is a Great Company. I didn't have any problems with Car Debt Solutions.

I was a couple of months behind on my car loan with Allied Financial. I tried for days to work something out but they wouldn't. All Allied wanted to do was Repossess my car. I was not going to give my car to the bank. I would have garaged it forever or thrown it away before having a Repossession on my credit after 3 years of payments.

Now, I was Behind on My Payments which was my Fault, but I was not going to lose all I invested in my car.

After seeing the Car Debt Solutions Ad on T.V. a few times I decided to call Car Debt Solutions. I spoke with a guy Named Jerry and told him my situation.

Jerry said I should try and work it out with the lender before retaining Car Debt Solutions first, and I told him I trued that minutes before I had Called Car Debt Solutions.

I paid the retainer $75.00 and they started helping me. Car Debt Solutions was able to help me and my lender come to a financial agreement that worked for both of us. Without Car Debt Solutions, Allied Bank was not going to work with me at all, they kept threatening to repo.

I APPRECIATE your help Car Debt Solutions, Thank You for helping me..

If your are behind on your car payments you should contact them immediately, don't get your car repossessed, they can work it out. Thank You

Call the police Corey!

AUTHOR: A Victim - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 08, 2012

You need to call and report your vehicle stolen Corey. If the car has actually been repossessed, they will have that information. Read your contract from car debt solutions. It clearly states, and I quote it as spelled out in the contract " the vehicle will be kept at a secure, and monitored location. NO ONE will be able to take possession of the vehicle except the registered owner, Car Debt Solutions, or the new buyer". Repossession agents cannot enter a secure location, so do not think for one minute that the finance company has your car. The vehicle is stolen as far as the police are concerned, if it was taken under false pretenses. The facts speak for themselves. Trust me. The finance company does not have your car, and if they do, the police will be able to tell you that.

That brings me to the fact that Car Debt Solutions breached the contract on two counts. 1) They allowed a repossession company onto their premises to repo the car, and 2) The car is not being kept at the location that the contract states, because we both know 9200 Royal Lane, in Dalls Texas, is not where the cars are, and that it is a bogus location. Do yourself a favor and report it stolen. That is the only chance you have at recovering it for the finance company, and at least paying a portion of what is owed. The police do not care that you were behind on payments. That is a civil matter. The fact is that you are the registered owner, and someone took possession of it by fraud. We both know Greg (which I highly doubt is even his real name), had no intention of selling the cars, and that his warehouse address is non existent. He has no car dealers license, and has made no attempt to reconcile the situation in any way. I haven't even received a call from him, since I told him I was reporting mine stolen. I don't know about you, but if it was my company, and I had possession of peoples vehicles, and they thought I was stealing their car, I would be right on the phone with them, assuring them that their vehicle was safe, letting them know exactly where the car is, and giving them access to it at any time. Not only have I reported mine stolen, I have also contacted the attorney general to investigate this so called company. I gave him plenty of notice before taking any action. He had his chance.

Car Debt Solutions are Great

AUTHOR: walker - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 03, 2012

A friend at work recommended me to Car Debt Solutions. I was very behind on my car payments and very skeptical in retaining them. I did try for weeks to work something out with my bank, but only got talked down to and disrespected by the bank. I contacted Car Debt Solutions and a representative explained to me how the repossession process works and etc. She was very very helpful. I did run into hard times and realized that Car Debt Solutions was not responsible for the obligation I had to the bank, but I needed help and I had nothing to loose as with most people who seek their help. I could have did a voluntary repo and still owed the bank what I owed and more after all the fees and charges the bank would have added, and jack my credit up even more.  I decided let Car Debt Solutions  sell my car no matter how long it would have taken, which ended up being the best thing I've done since falling behind on payments, now the bank is paid and I don't have a repossession on my credit. I went to Car Debt Solutions they didn't come to me, they didn't make me do anything, I retained them on my own and did a consignment agreement because I chose to. I'm very grateful and thankful for their help, and so is my co-worker. As I said before most people who CONTACT them have nothing to lose or they would not have even CONTACTED Car Debt Solutions. We all could just give our cars to the bank and deal with the consequences, which are way worse then finding help. Car Debt Solutions could have buried my car in the sand, the way the bank talked to me I didn't care and I knew a repossession is all the bank wanted. Car Debt Solutions is not a scam. There are plenty of people they have helped. I'm just glad they sold my car. In civil court a Judge only cares about one thing did you pay your car payment. Civil courts don't care about sob stories, backgrounds, what you do or did for a living, or finger pointing. Judges are smart they know if a car is stolen. A word to the wise for those who complain about being scammed, sometimes less said is better, the smarter we try to make ourselves look, by blogging, writing, texting, talking, e-mailing the more we could have put into figuring out a way to pay our car payments. I can admit I was behind, I couldn't pay, I dodged the bank, I bought my car, I am responsible.. but THEY " Car Debt Solutions", helped me. I appreciate Car Debt Solutions Help. Thank You.

I tried to be civil about it

AUTHOR: Gambletheodds - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 03, 2012

Alright Mr. Christain, you've backed your self into a corner and I am going to show this scam for what it really is. You have just blantly lied about me, my Wife, and also manipulated the situation in its entirety to save your reputation which does not exist. I want an apology and expect an apology from you. You see whats interesting is not only myself but everyone else that reads these reports is probably laughing right now. Because you have directly refuted your own comments. First off you began the slander against me, I was merely agreeing with another gentlemens comment. Secondly you continue the slander, and once more I am merely stating the facts. You have worn on my patience, you reply on here but hid behind your phone and email and do not call or respond. You tell the world 100% complete fabricated story and then to top it off, you call me an ex-marine like you know what your talking about? Its Former Marine sir, but you wouldnt know that would you Sir? I'll tell you this much, its coming up on a month since i've seen my car. and whats funny is I havent talked to you in a conversation either  in almost as long. Is anyone that Un-Important to you? my phone records show you called in the 2 days before you picked up the car you called my cell phone 37 times, so if you tell so much as one more lie on here, Mr. Christian.  I will post enough evidence on here of what I do know. Just to prove to the rest of the world that im not a liar. How far are you willing to go? Because let me tell you since you thought you were holding all the cards... You were not then, you are not now. Furthermore, I'm supposedly broke living with girlfriends parents? Yes, whats funny is you dont remember that I had just been finished partnering up opening up my own insurance office. I am surely not rich and as I stated I had fallen on hardtimes with all the money tied up in a junk car, business startup, I believe thats why I told you that I would love the chance to pick up cars and be a part of something good, "becuase you only deal cases like mine five times a year" All in all you will either apologize, and make it right... or i'll show the world what is really going on and let them make there own summation. Please, do not test my resolve. This is all pretend you know it and so does everyone else thats why the bbb doesnt post consumer reviews because you dont respond to them and so you get an f and nobodys knows why. Above all else, as a new small business owner myself what I will tell you is that If I had I consumer review on here I wouldnt be on here slandering the very people I claim to be helping, at the same time calling them dirtbags. But, rather actually calling the client resolving there issue and 9/10 the consumer will fix it because you did the right thing without even being asked. all because thats what you and every other small business owner in the world would do. Final thought for the evening Mr. Christian im not here to impress the others that may be reading this, No sir, im here because this the only way to talk to you. Anyone else had this same issue? The next rebutal I file will be comprehensive and indepth. and a copy will be CC to the FBI'S WCCS and also the DOJ. Myself and a couple others have spent countless hours on this in the last few weeks. Like I said more to be revealed if nessacary. How about you stop slandering Purple Heart Reciepents. and start working on ways to fix this while keeping your self out of jail. Give me a call, if you get the time

V/R
Corey

P.s. Real quick, you said my vehicle was repoed, now your still helping me? I havent actually spoken to anyone from CDS either way do you mind expounding on that for me? Thanks in advance

POSTED: Wednesday, May 02, 2012

It so sad that this guy Corey Howard keeps slandering car debt solutions. Car Debt Solutions is still helping him despite all the slander. It seems you want a phone call everyday from us, which is not realistic. We wonder when you were hiding your car at your girlfriends house did you have that INTEGRITY you just mentioned or did you let the bank know where she lives or make a payment. You said there are 2 kinds of people in this economy. Which one are you Corey? After all, you were hiding the car from your lender you could have just gave it back. You wrote a 20 minute essay slandering the car dealer that sold you a car, the bank that financed you, and us the company that is helping you. It seems like you have not taken responsibility for anything. And the nerve of you to mention Marine, Please. Marines have structure, which apparently you don't. You HAVE NOT paid your car note, and that's why you called us. Integrity "LOL". Are you really that smart ? Back to that intergrity and Good ole America you mentioned and the economy. If you can't afford your car payment why have a second baby on the way when you can't pay your bills now, that's why the economy is messed up now people just like you. You should think first and talk less because I'm sure the other 2 businesses you are slandering would love to read your essay. If you have time to compose a 20 minute essay get a job or 2 jobs and pay your car note and quit trying to Scam the dealer, bank, and us. If you feel anyone of us have scammed you call 911! By the way just because you are or Say You are a ex- marine does not give you a Golden Pass not to pay bills and have babies you can't afford. Americans are not going to go for that. You live with your girlfriends parents, have one child with one on the way, and can't afford your car payment. We are just stating all the facts you mentioned above while slandering 3 companies. Americans like you make it hard for people who are truly behind on their car payments and really need help. So Mr, smart guy why don't you quit living off your girlfriends parents and her, get a job, pay your bills, quit having babies you obviously can't afford, and stand up and be a man like the Marines I Know! Car Debt Solutions is a great program that helps many so we would appreciate it if you would quit slandering us and stop the threats, or we might just have to proceed and take further Action against you.

Directed Towards Car Debt Solutions

AUTHOR: Gambletheodds - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 02, 2012

First and foremost, I find it interesting that anyone well enough established, that could intially afford a brand new 2009 Yukon in the first place...(I.e. get approved from a f inance company for a $60,000 vehicle) would ever stretch themselves to the point were they could'nt do something like, hmmmm let me think? how about refinance? or better yet how about the supposed middle aged married female who, Responds using the words "legit" rather than the proper etiquette in which she used during the entirety of her comment?

Never the less, I am a 25 year old Former Marine who is far from stupid, and unfortunatley with the economy the way it is, it leaves only two kinds of people in the world.  Those not willing to give up there integrity to survive, which also as unfortunate as it may be. Those individuals are usually the ones who are preyed upon. Then there is the other kind,  and those my friend are the ones that get us decent citzens twice. You may ask, "twice? how so?" because you see, they get us with the intial monetary loss of the Scam, Fraud, or Identity theft. you know like ruining your childs credit so bad that by the time they turn 18, they go with mom and dad to open there first bank account when the bank tells them for the first time that there is a problem.

Oh, but wait ladies and gentleman theres more! Now us honest citizens get to take on another tax hike to cover the $90,000 a year per criminal we have to incarcerate. But then again, what do I know?
I DO KNOW THIS. A CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL FROM CAR DEBT SOLUTIONS, WAS INTIALLY CONTACTED BY MYSELF. I TOLD HIM I WAS CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT THE COMPANY COULD DO FOR ME AND HE ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED, SO I TOLD HIM THIS.
MY INTENTIONS WERE TO GET THE OTHER CROOKS AT THE DEALERSHIP WHO TOOK MY $2000.00 DOWN IN DECEMBER WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR (MIND YOU I HAD TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK IN A HURRY TO GET THAT DEAL THAT DAY EVEN THOUGH I HAD ONLY SEEN THE CAR ON THE INTERNET) DONT WORRY THEY SAY, "THE FINANCE COMPANY IS OUR COMPANY TOO, WE'LL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING JUST SIGN HERE". NOW, YOU TELL ME  I'VE BEEN THE REGISTERED OWNER FOR 4 MONTHS NOW AND GUESS WHAT I FOUND OUT? THAT NOT TO MENTION ON TOP OF THE DEALER SHOWING UP AT MY OFFICE THE NEXT DAY WITH A CAR THAT WAS NOT EVEN SAFETY CHECKED AND/OR LEGAL TO DRIVE THAT HAD BEEN WRECKED AND SWEPT UNDER THE TABLE (DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEE VERIFIED X2) IT HAD ALSO BEEN A KATRINA CAR. AND SIGNED ANOTHER PURCHASE AGREEMENT ON MY BEHALF WITHOUT PERMISSION.
AFTER HEARING EVERYTHING HE SAID, "REALLY NOTHING I CAN DO AT THE MOMENT. HE HANGS UP THATS IT, FIRST AND LAST CALL OR SO I THOUGHT.
THEN A WEEK GOES BY WITH NO CONTACT, I ASSUMED ANOTHER DEAD END.  AND THEN ALL THE SUDDEN HE ABSOLUTELY HAS TO HELP ME.
Now, Car Debt Solutions wants to sit here and tell you oh we were just impatient and were stealing from the bank. All that great and insightful information, but wait.... isnt that what your website says that your here to help with? (supposedly) isnt that what the so called "Car Debt Solutions" specializes in? Because from my situation I just told you about, on top of everything else im supposed to pay $11,681.25 for a car that is worth less than $4000.00 with those circumstances? potential safety hazard of not only myself but more importantly my 3 year old daughter, and 7 month pregnant wife? how about the person/family I hit in a head on collison and kill when the brake lines that werent properly reinstalled after the accident that didnt happen fail? So, because btw after the car is sold the dealer doesnt want hold up on anything they said they would. I am supposed to come out of pocket to pay for all the repairs? and im also supposed to pay double the monthly payment and interest rate? No sir, I will not and neither should any other HONEST, HARDWORKING, AMERICAN CITZEN! Isnt that what we've fought for? isnt that why before a year ago almost to the day we hunted for Osama Bin Laden relentlessly for years? sent thousands of our own Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Brothers and Sisters to die? to seek those who do not have integrity, those who crash planes into buildings and run to another country to hide from us? all the while these financial institutions pray on those who not only helped build it, but protect it, and what do they do? they extort those who want to try and better there life through high interest, easy default, and illegal debt collection practices. why, you might ask... Simple whos going to stop them. they have gotten so big that the laws which are put into place to make things not so one sided, they just ignore anyway. and its not over yet folks, just when you think you might be able to pull through it because here comes Car Debt Solutions, there here to save the day everyone. I thought well, this sounds a little sideways but shoot I have to have the car if im going to go to trial, because you lose the collateral your chances of getting anything fixed are toast. I was also thinking, ok worst case scenario is CDS is going to give me $300 bucks to get my other vehicle up to date and you know if the people who I was told buy actually do it then ill get a good part of my down payment back because CDS "hates to see the little prayed on" and if not at least its stored in an armed warehouse were knowbody can get to it. so I can focus on the legal proceedings to come. Well, what the heck. dont worry if something happens then you can come get your car anytime you want....we wont sell it without calling you first. but, in the end it looks to be all smoking mirrors because the last time I spoke to that certain someone (before today if you count "let me call you right back...click" as speaking to someone. was on April 17th at 2:34PM. So needless to say when I read Car Debt Solutions Employee Rebuttal... and found out that my car had been repossessed I was a little disapointed that I got to read it on the world wide web. In closing, a certain company needs to contact me asap. I am now going to begin the due process with all of this and wether that means Civil Suite and/or Pressing charges I will not waiver. My final thought and hope is that Car Debt Solutions come forward and not admit anything but to just fix what you have done. I may speak for myself on this but, make things right and I'm willing to let bygones be bygones. Time is always of the essence, so quit wasting your time posting fake rebuttals Car Debt Solutions... because nobody is stupid. Anyone feels they have something valuable to share my email is listed below or if you want to hear the great amount and depth of research I have done on this ordeal please don't hesitate to E-mail me. Semper Fidelis- C.A.H.

Car Debt Solutions Helped Us and I am Thankful

AUTHOR: mary - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 01, 2012

My name is Mary Ford. Me and My husband contacted Car Debt Solutions after we were 3 months behind on our 2009 Yukon. We tried for months to work out something with our Bank, and got no where. We found Car Debt Solutions online and contacted them. A rep named Wendi helped us and was very nice. We did do a consignment agreement with Car Debt Solutions for 6 months. It took them 3 to 4 months to eventually sell our car, but they did do it. During the process they didn't call us everyday, but there is no need to if they didn't have a buyer ready. It sounds like the people complaining are impatient and wanted quick results. Like I said we were 3 months behind and we were Hiding our car from the bank until we could figure something out, so we had no problem doing a consignment agreement and letting Car Debt Solutions hold our car and Sell it, I'm going to assume these people crying ripoff were behind on their car payments also or you would not even contact Car Debt Solutions. I'm sure if we ask the bank about the people crying ripoff, the bank would say they were ripping them off. You can't have your cake and ice cream too. You wanted help because you Could Not Pay the Bank and were probably hiding your car as we were or you would have not called or contacted Car Debt Solutions. We Are Thankful For Car Debt Solutions and so are a lot of other people. We used their services 3 years ago so I know they are Legit. It's sad people fall in bad situations and want to blame anyone but there self. After all I'm sure the bank would say you Stole the car when you didn't pay and started hiding it, even though it's not stolen wether you pay or not, or if you hide.. you have that right to do those things.. But Car Debt Solutions didn't steal your car. Thanks For Helping Us Car Debt Solutions

car debt solutions is not a scam

AUTHOR: info - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 30, 2012

It's funny how these two that are calling Car Debt Solutions a Scam called us first. We don't make outbound calls and you must contact Car Debt Solutions 1st. Both of these guys complaining were months and months behind on their car payments. I wonder does the bank feel they stole the car. Both of these clients car were repoed. Both of them wanted to find a way to beat the bank instead of finding solutions. People have time to make complaints but not work 2 jobs to help pay the bank that they are scamming by not paying. Now some people just fall on hard times and really need help and some banks don't offer any. Car Debt Solutions is not a Scam. Unfortunately when some don't results fast enough they will yell scam.
