Car Debt Solutions is a complete SCAM! Stole my car! The supposed owner of this company came to my city to pick up my car. It was to be taken to 9200 royal LN, in Dallas Texas to be sold on consignment. Had regular contact with Greg Christian, up until I turned the car over to him. Everything went downhill from there. Since that time, I have not been able to contact him, or his company. Won;t return e-mails, phone calss, or text messages. These people are car theives. I don't care which city they say they are in, they are scammers. Do NOT give your car to them. It will be gone for good. They have ads in every major city, so don't be fooled. They are all the same company. Just want to warn others before they fall victim to this scam as well. BEWARE!

I wish you the best of luck in tracking these jerks down.  Let us know when he does get caught so we can all watch him squirm during his trial.  I'll even take time off work to come watch in person.

Also, notice he has not responded since I pointed out his error when he posted as a customer and and employee using the same user name.

You have to be able to locate the person that you file the lawsuit on.

AUTHOR: Marc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 03, 2012

I fully intend to file a lawsuit against this person, and the other parties associated with illegally obtaining bonded titles, and selling the cars they are taking. You have to be able to locate the parties though. Everything about this company is a fraud. You can't locate them because they don't exist, and Greg is not even this guys real name. That being said, several agencies are in the process of tracking these people down, but as you know it takes time to go undercover to track people like this down, and to get them to take you to where they deliver the cars. It takes a while, but I am very patient, and I will not give up on this until my vehicle, and any damages I have incurred by these people are recovered.

In the meantime, I do not want this to happen to anyone else out there. Anyone can contact me. I will be more than happy to share the e-mails I have received from this guy to prove what I am saying. Also, if you read all of the customer references that he is posting about his company, you will find that these so-called references personally attack people that are in a position, that they were also supposedly in at one time. Does that make any sense at all? Does it make any sense that he posts rebuttals from his so-called employees, that also personally attack their own clients, but yet in most you will not even see a name attached to it. If this was your company, would you want your employees posting things like that against your customers? I think not. Any legitimate company would have done anything they could, to resolve this very early on.

It's been stated by Greg, that all I did was talk bad about my finance company, and that I was scamming them and hiding the car etc...........  I never talked bad about my finance company. Greg had plenty to say about them when I told him my finance company was Santander. He said "that company is the worst!" (among other things). I have never once talked badly about them, and I was not hiding the car. They had my address, and I drove it to work everyday. They could have taken it at anytime. Common sense should tell anyone reading this that the only reason I did business with this so-called company was to get the car sold, and get the finance company paid off. That was my only goal, and would have had the best results for the finance company, as well as myself. I was never trying to scam the finance company, or get over, as Greg so eloquently states in his responses.

I was in a bad position, and turned to what I thought was a company that could help me. That didn't happen. They burned me badly, and I am not about to let this continue happening to others. There are a few legitimate companies that can help people with their car loans (very few, but know who you are doing business with). This is definitely NOT one of them. It is a complete fraud. I have done my part to warn everyone. It is up to them to decide who is telling the truth here. Should be a no-brainer if you investigate everything thoroughly. Do NOT send them any retainer money Paypal, until you have completely checked them out. You will lose that money, as well as your car.

You may want to check into file a lawsuit yourself.  I know in some case, it is actually illegal to threaten a lawsuit when you have no intent of actually filing, especially when that threat is from a company trying to intimidate you into giving them the outcome they want.  I am not an attorney.  You'll have to check with one to see if you might have a case.

There will not be any lawsuit!

AUTHOR: Marc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 03, 2012

There will not be any lawsuit. This guy has been threatening me for months to file one against me. A car thief is going to file a lawsuit on me? Don't make me laugh! As I stated before, the address of where my vehicle is supposed to be stored and sold at, does not exist. Check it out for yourself. The address on my the contract is 9200 Royal Lane, Dallas Texas. I have told him all he has to do is return the car to myself, or the finance company, and have given him plenty of time to do that prior to taking any action. He as pretty much told me by e-mail that I need to just cut my losses.

If you search for Car Debt Solutions in a search engine, and look through several pages, you will find many others that have the same story I have. I have spoken to several of them, and the story is always the same. He picks up the car, and then disappears. He has only contacted me by e-mail to threaten his rediculous lawsuit, and to tell me that my negative statements are bringing him more business than ever. Really? It seems I am having a pretty big impact on the amount of people calling him, or why would he bother.

In any case, I would like to request that anyone else that has done business with Car Debt Solutions / cardebtsolutions.com that has this exact same story, to please also post your experience, to keep this from happening to others. I have already been contacted by many people that were considering using this company, until they heard my story, and investigated the company further. They were very thankful that they found out before they became the next victim.

teri w posted twice as a satisfied customer.  Then teri w posted as an employee.  So, teri w, which is it, are you a customer or an employee?  My guess would be that Greg Christian just forgot to change accounts between posts.  IDIOT!!!  The funny thing is, I was almost ready to post something in your favor until you committed the mother of all f***ups on this site.

Marc - When this company files that defamation law suit, please post the docket # and any other pertinent information here so we can all follow and see how big of an idiot he makes of himself.

I would love to see you take me to court for defamation!

AUTHOR: Marc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 01, 2012

I am not the only person that you have done this to, so there will be others in court as well, with the same story. I am not slandering your company. Everything I have stated is fact. Anyone can check it out for themselves. Also, the so-called consignment agreement is not valid. The vehicle is not where it is supposed to be stored at, according to the documents (the location doesn't even exist), so you have breached the contract. Not only that, but a consignment agreement has to be signed by a witness as well, which this agreement was not. This agreement isn't worth the paper it's written on! That being said, I have every right to request that my vehicle is returned to myself, or the finance company, which I have done on several occasions. Your response: Cut your losses. I have the e-mail stating that from you, which I will gladly furnish to anyone that wishes to see it.

I am well aware that the cars you pick up are being taken to, and sold to a third party, which in turn is applying for bonded titles, and then selling the cars. So take me to court. Then you can explain to the judge what happened to my vehicle. Your threats mean absolutely nothing to me. By the way, I really like how the last comment from your company doesn't even have a name attached to it. Very typical of Greg Christian. He will never post his name on any comment. It is definitely him writing it though, as he has no other employees. You are so close to being caught. You have no idea.. VERY SOON!

Car Debt Solutions is a complete SCAM!

AUTHOR: Marc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 31, 2012

These customer referrals are all fake. Pretty easy to see who is writing them. Read them carefully, and you can tell that they are being written by Greg Christian. The supposed owner of this fraud of a company. Thoroughly research the company. Make phone calls to any state they say they are in. There will not be any record of this business anywhere, including Phoenix, AZ. The business address that is listed on the web, is a residential condo. Also check out the warehouse that Greg says is at 9200 Royal Lane in Dallas TX. It doesn't exist. There is a warehouse at 9200 N Royal Lane in Irving TX, however Car Debt Solutions is not a tenant there. The facts speak for themselves. So, do your research thoroughly, or your car will disappear just like mine, and other victims I have spoken to. Greg Christian is a car thief, and a con-man! Do not turn your vehicle over to him!

Car Debt Solutions

AUTHOR: teri w - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, May 28, 2012

Car Debt Solutions is a Great Company. I didn't have any problems with Car Debt Solutions.

I was a couple of months behind on my car loan with Allied Financial. I tried for days to work something out but they wouldn't. All Allied wanted to do was Repossess my car. I was not going to give my car to the bank. I would have garaged it forever or thrown it away before having a Repossession on my credit after 3 years of payments.

Now, I was Behind on My Payments which was my Fault, but I was not going to lose all I invested in my car.

After seeing the Car Debt Solutions Ad on T.V. a few times I decided to call Car Debt Solutions. I spoke with a guy Named Jerry and told him my situation.

Jerry said I should try and work it out with the lender before retaining Car Debt Solutions first, and I told him I trued that minutes before I had Called Car Debt Solutions.

I paid the retainer $75.00 and they started helping me. Car Debt Solutions was able to help me and my lender come to a financial agreement that worked for both of us. Without Car Debt Solutions, Allied Bank was not going to work with me at all, they kept threatening to repo.

I APPRECIATE your help Car Debt Solutions, Thank You for helping me..

If your are behind on your car payments you should contact them immediately, don't get your car repossessed, they can work it out. Thank You

Car Debt Solutions is A Good Company

AUTHOR: walker - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, May 06, 2012

A friend at work recommended me to Car Debt Solutions. I was very behind on my car payments and very skeptical in retaining them. I did try for weeks to work something out with my bank, but only got talked down to and disrespected by the bank. I contacted Car Debt Solutions and a representative explained to me how the repossession process works and etc. She was very very helpful. I did run into hard times and realized that Car Debt Solutions was not responsible for the obligation I had to the bank, but I needed help and I had nothing to loose as with most people who seek their help. I could have did a voluntary repo and still owed the bank what I owed and more after all the fees and charges the bank would have added, and jack my credit up even more.  I decided let Car Debt Solutions  sell my car no matter how long it would have taken, which ended up being the best thing I've done since falling behind on payments, now the bank is paid and I don't have a repossession on my credit. I went to Car Debt Solutions they didn't come to me, they didn't make me do anything, I retained them on my own and did a consignment agreement because I chose to. I'm very grateful and thankful for their help, and so is my co-worker.

As I said before most people who CONTACT them have nothing to lose or they would not have even CONTACTED Car Debt Solutions. We all could just give our cars to the bank and deal with the consequences, which are way worse then finding help. Car Debt Solutions could have buried my car in the sand, the way the bank talked to me I didn't care and I knew a repossession is all the bank wanted. Car Debt Solutions is not a scam. There are plenty of people they have helped. I'm just glad they sold my car. In civil court a Judge only cares about one thing did you pay your car payment. Civil courts don't care about sob stories, backgrounds, what you do or did for a living, or finger pointing. Judges are smart they know if a car is stolen. A word to the wise for those who complain about being scammed, sometimes less said is better, the smarter we try to make ourselves look, by blogging, writing, texting, talking, e-mailing the more we could have put into figuring out a way to pay our car payments. I can admit I was behind, I couldn't pay, I dodged the bank, I bought my car, I am responsible.. but THEY " Car Debt Solutions", helped me. I appreciate Car Debt Solutions Help. Thank You.

Now you are saying it's been repoed? LIARS!

AUTHOR: A Victim - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, May 05, 2012

First of all, my vehicle did not have OnStar, or Lojack, which are the only two systems that can track a vehicle. So, if the vehicle was actually repoed from you (which I highly doubt), then you would have had to contact the finance company to make that happen. You people are such liars. Greg Christian, just e-mailed me a couple days ago, stating that he had the car, but it hadn't sold yet. Now it's repoed? So which is it?

I have every e-mail, voicemail, and text message sent by him. Regardless of what happened to the car, I am coming after your company. I promise you that. You are either car thieves, or you are repossessing cars. Either way, you are falsely advertising that you can help people that are behind on their cars. False advertising, auto theft, fraud!

Now let's talk about the supposed warehouse where my car was to be sold. The address on the paperwork is 9200 Royal Lane, Irving TX. The real address is 9200 North Royal Lane, Irving TX, and Car Debt Solutions is not even a tenant there. Anyone that is thinking of doing business with these people, should definitely look into that, as well any address they say they are going to sell your car at.

DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR VEHICLE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

car debt solutions

AUTHOR: info - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 30, 2012

Car debt solutions has helped many people with their automotive financial situations. Unfortunately most of the people that complain are unsatisfied are months behind on car payments and the lenders have tracking devices on some cars and  can end up repoed even in our possession. car debt solutions have helped thousands of people. Car debt solutions is legit, but sometimes cars can get repoed no matter who is trying to help you. theses people car are stolen they have been repoed. Don't buy a car if you can't afford the car payments, but do realize things can happen even if you purchase a car with good intentions. Some people don't want to pay the bank or find a solution and say their car was stolen which never works, but they were months behind with no intention of paying the bank. Repo companies are very clever and good with all the new technology out, with that being said car debt solutions does still help many. Car debt solutions doesn't Scam anyone and if you think so call 911.
