Wow, in all my 62 years I have NEVER experienced such horrifying, and disgusting customer service than that from CarHop.  The run around, the blatant lies, and rudeness just absolutely shocked me.  Not only am I referring to the Finance Dept, I am also referring to the Service Dept.  The lies and the run around start at the very bottom and go all the way to the top.  When I called your service department about repairs to a car that we have had less than 5 months, you turned everything around that I told you about the estimate and construed your own story about what was wrong with the vehicle and decided that the repairs were not covered....WHAT?  Are you nuts? The problem you came up with wasn't even an issue with the vehicle...the repair shop even told you that.  Your company and the people that work for it are beyond comtempt, how do you all sleep at night, screwing people around the way you do.  I certainly hope that enough people come forward to put CarHop out of business and I can tell you one thing, I'd rather pay for my transgressions down here than pay UP there...Good Luck with that.

To Consumers:

I suggest you just drive by this place, if you think you are an exception to their rudeness, and lies etc..think again!! You are not!.  And it doesn't matter if you were a previous customer with them before in good standing, that has no bearing on anything anymore.  It's like you were never a customer of theirs.  I have contacted the Attorney General's office about this issue and hope to God they act on it.  And don't believe the BBB, anyone and everyone knows you can buy ratings from them.  I will NEVER purchase another car from the crooked company again and will NEVER refer anyone to it.  Just Stay Away Everyone!!! Plain and simple.

To CarHop:

To the person that sits in a chair all day and monitors this website...and gets paid to do it...don't bother posting your usual comment that you always post to consumers that file a report, WE DON'T CARE what you have to say, because 99% of the time it has nothing to do with the issue being reported.   Sleep well....haha
