This company is the biggest joke I have ever witnessed! My first encounter with them was when they took over my Spiegel's account! I had never received a bill when they first took over and had to investigate myself. The lady who I had spoken to even admitted that people were throwing away their bills mistaking them as credit card applications. Eventually, I was able to recoup my late fee charged in that one.

I have been trying to pay off this account in order to be done with these people! I paid quite a bit the month before and then sent last months payment well in advance! Apparently these people seem to think that we all should pay our bills at least 3 weeks in advance, due to the "extreme slow postal service". What really has amazed me is that all of my other credit cards have received and managed to post my payments with no problems. I suppose that the U.S. Postal Service only targets them, holds their mail and that is why we receive late fees and damaged credit. Now really?

It just makes a person ill to know that you do all your suppose to do in life to make good and people like these companys are major criminals! I'm so glad that I work so hard in life to give my money away to these dishonest individuals! These people need to be stopped!

I will be watching this company with my account, I have PrePaid Legal Services and Theft Identity. I have already discussed this issue with one of my attorneys and have been advised as to my next steps if this continues. I do have 75 hours of court time already paid for! Now, how far do we wish to continue this cat and mouse game?
