Card Service of West LA William Song Rep Debited me monthly and transfered money out of state to Florida ripoff deception Cerritos California

Card service company sent one of its reps named HOWARD out to my offices in 98 the rep set up credit card merchant account then over 3-4 years there was a steady flow of debits once a month comming out of my bank account under the name of 'Card Service Charges', I called Howard in the begining asked him what they were he said those are merchant fees, I thought no more of it.

I stopped one of the services the payments still were being withdrawn for years I contacted Card Service and asked them if it was possible to reduce the monthly fee and could they tell me exactly what I get for that fee because there are other monthly charges as well appearing on my statement why are they seperate etc? they stated the charge had nothing to do with them, their charge appears as 'Card Service' not 'Card Service Charges'.

On checking with the bank it turned out that the rep at Card Service that set up my account had his only secret account on the side called 'CARD SERVICE CHARGES' (Nice misleading name) and was debiting & stealing money from my account for years WILLIAM SONG OWNER refuses to return calls, and Card Service International state they are not responsible for their agents.

I demand the monies withdrawn from my account every month for years to be returned to me.

And above all do not trust William Song and Howard Chanin of Card Service West LA
