I signed up up with Care One Credit Counseling back in 2005 with just $10,000 in debt. Over 4 years later I have paid CESI almost $20,000 and still have a year left in the program. This company is a scam and I am in the process of filling for a class action law suit against this organization. They are misleading and violate their own contracts. I sent an email to complain and ask for my money back and all I got in return was an automated email with a link to cancel my account and no mention of returning my money. I didn't expect them to have the respect of addressing my issue head on so that's why I started this blog: http://screwcesi.wordpress.com.
To the owners of Ripoffreport.com, if there is any information you can provide to help me get this class action suit going or any other related info you can send along, that would be greatly appreciated. So far I have 3 other individuals who are interested in joining in this cause. Thanks.
