he sent you that e-mail telling you he would send the balance of the money he

owed you after he collected the rest of the money, $8000., from the $23,000. I

paid him. The con was that I paid him in full. Who knows what else he may have

 Jason frias worked under the umbrella of Carl Altieri, and Top Two USA, He being a Felon, he is not elligable to hold his own license to sell vehicles. Under Florida Statue. He can work as an employee, and he did.

While using my credit, and floor plans, Jason was able to purchase vehicles without paying for them. Net 60 days. he took full advantage of that, along with taking customers for a ride. Never making good on his word, screwing and manipulating people with no regards for the law, and or morals.

At one time J.F had 50k of my money in his inventory, taking my vehicles and putting his stickes on them for one of his many companies, lawn & Garden was one.

Only returning it after he was finished, or he knew that would have broke the final straw. Never paying interest on the monies, only princible if I was lucky. He stuck me at the end (When Jaon frias was aressted for 5 Felonies. He has had in the past 5 years, 10 e bay accounts...Using his familys names to conceal his reputation.

I had every law agency at my office for weeks. I almost lost my License. Jason left me holding 25K.

Well with the Titles to vehicles that Jason paid for, top Two made customers whole, and the finance companies whole...Jason says I stole his money. Ya...

His wife who is a school substitute Teacher writes for him, his brother fights for him, and his Uncles back him up 100% IN COURT AND ON THE STREET.

I am from Germany and i bought cars from carl Altieri and i bought a lot of cars from him and all expensive cars. he had so many chances to rip me off but i never misst a dime .so all what is written here must be from people they lie. i know him since at least 15 years and he is a straight friendly and a nice person .so all what is written above is not true. some poeple buy a car didnt pay for it and wonder if it gets repossed and then is the dealer the bad person. same thing here in germany. so one more time toptwo USA is a very trustful company where i wire i lot of money to without showing up in florida and i get always that what i wanted
