This report , written by a convicted drug dealer who did 10 years in federal prison is designed to damage the career of a fine lawyer and decent man, who decided that he no longer wanted to represent this wife beating criminal.  He had no job and no money to pay legal bills. But more importantly, after he threatened to inflict more physical harm on his ex wife,  the attorney decided that he wanted nothing more to do with him. 

   He received competent representation and his opinions are not based on logic but emotion, anger derived from his inabilty to retain other counsel due to a lack of funds. 

   The reader of this report should consider the source and his credibilty. His negative opinions would not find support among the thousands of clients whom this attorney has represented in the past 23 years. 

       The source of this report is a convicted drug dealer who spent a decade in federal prison. The allegations of fact are, for the most part, inaccurate. As he stated, I advised him to find other counsel. First of all, he had no money to pay me and secondly, and more importantly, he threatened to kill his wife, a threat which I believe, based on his character and documented history of domestic violence, he was intent on carrying out.  For the latter reason, I wanted nothing more to do with him.  

      The allegation that I made him take a plea which caused him to "loose" (sic) rights to his kids is downright slanderous and designed to inflict damage to my reputation. As far as I know, he still has rights to his children. Furthermore, he should be thankful that I negotiated any plea deal. Failing that, he would be in prison for the beatings he inflicted on his ex-wife.

      Next, his assessment of my legal skills misrepresent the facts of the case. During the hearing of a motion, I was representing him with consummate skill until he departed from the script we had prepared. After his impromptu remarks, his position became untenable and the court ruled against him. 

     The reader of his garbage should be aware that I have been an attorney for more than 23 years, have handled thousands of cases, take pride in my work product and have a history of obtaining results for my clients. Moreover, the vast majority of my clients are referred by other clients and other attorneys. 

     Finally, he makes a statement which suggests that I had a romantic interest in his ex-wife. I hope the day would never come when I am so desperate to yearn for his leftovers.

     Obviously, this man has anger management issues and strikes out when he does not get his way. Since he is not in a position to inflict beatings on me, he uses the internet to publish false statements and unsupported opinions to ruin my reputation.
