Loan Officier and Debt Collector Carl Davidson from Cash-Advance Inc. Threaten Legal Proceeding Actions, Law suit against me Garnishment of my Salary  & Wages. Case Number QF-TP-78146. Sending my local County Sheriff Dept. with  court summons at my door step etc.  This company is a pure scam,  they give you 4 hours to sign one of their Loan Agreement and confirm payment processing thru their partner Moneygram.  I got the same identical threatening e-mail some six months ago.   Same company different person, different money amount, so for your records keep your email letter from this fraud and scam company, as you may need it for further info.  This is a sick company.
