Carleton Sheets, The Hume Group, Fortune Builder ripoff, fraudulent intentions Wood Dale Illinois

My husband and i ordered the 30 day trial of the Carleton Sheets material. After receiving the material, within that same week, we returned the material in the original box. My husband then called to confirm cancellation of the products, so we wouldn't receive any more. Now , this the 5th week since we returned and cancelled the merchandise, we are charged $70.00+, for material we don't even have. These extra charges in turn caused 2 overdrafts in our checking account, costing us an additional $60.00 in overdraft fees. So now we are actually $130.00 in the hole.

After contacting the Carleton Sheets company for a second time to get this straightened out, they will only reimburse for part of the costs. I have to try to fight for the overdraft fees. Not to mention i had to make an additional 2 phone calls. One to The Hume Group to make sure it was cancelled and to get them to reimburse me for charges that were not authorizde by us, but by Carleton Sheets. Also to Fortune Builder to confirm cancellation and get reimbursement for their charges.

So in the end, we are supposed to be reimbursed for the actual charges ($70.00+) authorized by Carleton Sheets, but as far as the overdraft fees ($60.00) charged to our account because an oversight by the Carleton Sheets company and them not comunicating with Fortune Builder and The Hume Group, well that remains to be seen.
