Carlotta Credit And Car Sales carlotta credit lied about my suv and refused to fix the problems with it!!!! Blakely, Pennsylvania

When I went to Carlotta I told them I need an suv. I am a single parent of two children one of wich is handicapped. They told me they would make sure they get me into a safe vehicle.

They showed me a ford explorer. First thing I noticed was they refused to let me take it for a drive. The sales person said it needed some work and I will be able to drive it when there service dept was done working on it. She also told me that there would be new tires on it when I come to pick it up.

The day came when i went to pick it up. No new tires...They had put new used tires. All 4 were mismatched. If anyone knows anything about allwheel drive vehicles is that all 4 must match. Then I asked if i can take it to my mechanic before I buy it. They told me that I cannot have someone work on it without buying it first. They told me any problems with it to just bring it back and they will fix it.

On my way home I noticed a noise and a shimmy from the back or the truck. Sounds like a rear diff prob. Took it back and they said thats how its supposed to sound. Took to a ford dealer guess what..Rear diff is shot!! Carlotta refused to fix. Ford dealer also said i need to get new tires b/c they have to match...no s**t!!

So now I paid for a new rear and other work. Didnt get tires yet b/c spent all my money on rear. Going to danville to take my son to one of his many appiontments the truck started to shake really bad. Back to dealer i go. Guess what..4 diff tires made transfer case heat up...4 new tires later and a transfer case service I'm on the road again.

Truck still shakes on the highway..Take it back to ford again..They said transmission is bad. I took it to carlotta and they said there is nothing wrong with this truck. Guess what...going down the road with my kids in the car transmission dies.

I asked cralotta if it was in any accidents before and they told me no. when the truck was on the lift for the tranny jod the mechanic called me in to show me bent metal and creases. guess what ..truck in accident.

So far In the first 6 months of owning thie suv..A rear differential..A transmission rebuild..A transfer case service..4 new tires..Both lower balljoints..Rear brakes and rotors..4 alignments...ac compressor...headlights..2 idler pulleys...2 seatbelt switches..a door latch and a partridge in a pear tree.

Carlotta Should of not even let it pass state inspection let alone tell me the suv was in good condition. When i brought all of this to there attention they basicly blew me off. Told me it must of been something I did. I drove it for a total of an hour before i brought it back to then. It has cost me $$$$$$$$$$$$$ that i didnt have to get this truck safe enough to drive!!!
