Carnes Motor Co., Inc. Owner-Myron Carnes Myron informed my wife today that it would cost us $1300.00 to get our SUV back which his mechanic fix after the vechicle lock up 21 days ago. The week before that $800.00 for a radiator, a LEMON. Took advantage of Credit situation and sold us a Lemon. Houston, Texas

We bought a 1999 Ford Expedition on 1-26-2009 from this company. Starting from today going back we where inform by Owner Myron Carnes today 8-17-2009 that we would have to pay $1300.00 to get our SUV back which his auto mechanic fix after it broke down on or about 8/28/2009 which the engine totally lock up. He sent a wrecker to pick it up the next day 8/29/2009 and he has had it every since then. Okay the week before that I spent $800.00 for a radiator which the mechanic of my choice had it for about 8 to 10 days, before that the tube that holds the transmission dip stick fell off completely from the transmission chasis. When you start this Suv up in the morning and take off, it would not get up pass 15 to 20 miles for about 10 minutes and then it would kick in and take off. When his mechanic had it this time, everytime I would talk to him he would state he would contact me, which he never did, I always had to contact him. It wasn't until my wife faxed him a hot letter today that he actually called I also went by his dealer ship this morning. This SUV is a total lemon.
