i went to this company thinking they were a rent to own pay as you go company.  They did no credit check i payed them $5000 for the down payment.  5 months later I was late on a payment (6 days late) and they came to reposess my car!!  I had to pay $400 just for the repossession expense to get it back!!  The next time they sent a guy out to repossess my car at 5 in the morning and the idiot could not start my car because i had an alarm on it so he beats on my door dressed in a police shirt and police act trying to act like he was a cop and told me to give him my keys.  I told him no! He said b***h you better give me the keys im going to take your f***ing car!  He runs to my car so I run after him I fell and sprang my ankle! I called the cops the cops came and told him he wasnt taking my car anywhere.  Carnes motor company told him I didnt have insurance and to get my car!! It was bull I had insurance and had the proof of it showed the cops and everything.  I'm with Nationwide so they are open 24 hours a day and I was able to speak with a representative.  I was in therapy for 3 months for my spranged ankle!!!  My tire goes flat once they forgot to put the tire lug nut key whatever it is in my car to unlock the wheels for the tires to be changed.  I call them and they say yes they have it.  I said well can you get someone to bring it to me since I dont have a vehice and you guys forgot to put it in there?  They say no we are not sending anyone there for that!! I tell them that is horrible customer service and I have no way of getting up there!!  They say "I'll throw it in the trash!!!"  I finally get a ride up there and they just hand it to me without speaking a word!!!  I go on a cruise out of the country for a week let my friend use my car and they pick my car up again for no insurance!!!! I had insurance I switched providers and my provider which is Progressive told me they faxed the information to them!!!  They are scam artists!! I had the car for 8 months and have spent $8,954!!!  I call them about repossessing my car and they tell me they dont want to finance it anymore and I need to get someone else to finance it and they are not giving it back!!!  They are horrible they want to get money out of you take your car and then try to sell it again for a higher price!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!
