The only property in the complaint stated on August 12, 2015. The subject property R-2: residential with a house on it from 1955 till present to be removed for a new road the deal was made for $400.000.00   "Zoning ordinances must be enforced in a reasonable and nondiscriminatory manner in order to satisfy equal protection”.

This access road a first Official’s are not up-holding the laws and offering equal protection to everyone.   "Section 1002-A. The Board of Supervisors reportedly after August 8, 2018 were going request that District Attorney Matthew D. Weintraub in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County district to investigate. What a Joke.   I believe Carol Drioil should be with Michael J. Savona, Esq. of Eastburn & Gray, and Mr. Robert Hoopes Esq in jail. Triumph of evil is that good Men do Nothing! Matthew D.
