CARPET GIANT of 500 West 9000 South agreed to install flooring and carpet into my home. They installed the wrong carpet and will not correct the problem without wanting to charge me an additional $400.00 for the carpet I originally ordered and HAVE A SAMPLE OF. I have samples of what I ordered and what they laid, the colors are different! It is different then what they installed.
I immediately brought this to his attention and he told me I was not fashion conscious but could pay another $400.00 to get to correct carpet put in if I wanted to.
Now he (Chris the manager)is sending me to collections for the balance due which I refuse to pay until they correct the situation.
I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP.

We recently became aware of this "Rip Off" website and our presence on it. It appears that this claim has been here for approximately three years. According to our records this customer was satisfied long ago.
