Note: *I am answering "No" to the question below this comment box about if we used a credit card for this transaction but the truth is that this bigcommerce theme has been bought and paid for well before I got to this company... it was just incomplete and needed to be finished.
It's been days trying to get in touch with someone about a theme that is already paid for... no answer at sales, no answer for support and leaving a message and asking for a return call doesn't work either. I am beginning to question their integrity and the importance of their customer service.
*****************UPDATE 9-19-2016*******************
It appears that leaving a message with an account manager in sales and/or with the assigned account manager for your project does NOT actually guarantee a return phone call. Up to this point I hadn't been keeping track but I am guessing 2 1/2 weeks of leaving a message (because no one answers the phone here) without a return call. I can safely say I will NEVER recommend nor use CartDesigners for any of my clients or employers and my new mission is to leave 3 reviews for every unanswered & un-returned phone call.... I think I will start now.... who's with me?

Guess Who Started Answering Their Phone?
********************09-21-2016*****************
Called and spoke to Ranson(?)
asked what we need to provide for them to finish the theme we paid for... Ranson stated the theme would NOT be covered because it had been 1 1/2 years since the original order and that I would need to provide a list of site issues that needed to be addressed and they would provide a new quote to finish the theme.
11:54am - calling back to ask for our original account manager... got Ranson again that proceeded to tell me that he was the original account manager... then I stated that someone indicated to me that the original account manager's name was Kaylon and was he sure that he was correct in stating that he was the original manager... he asked why, I stated that I thought he was incorrect in his assessment of the theme we purchased and that I wanted to confirm that the theme was actually completed and not left unfinished or handed over in it's current state... he then replied that he was sure it was complete because it was signed off on... so I asked for confirmation of signing off and accepting the theme for which he stated that would take too long to gather that information and that he did not have to provide it anyway and that he did not know me or if I worked for the company I said I did...
I replied that I could answer any account verification questions he provided to prove I was an authorized employee... he had no answer. So, I asked who signed off on the theme and he stated that Sebastian signed off... I said that was highly unlikely b/c Sebastian was the CEO and did not deal with web development directly and that if someone signed off on the account that he should be able to provide a name... he could not. Instead repeated that he could not just take my word that I was an employee and release account information to just anyone that picked up the phone and pretended to own an account... he then switched gears and stated he didn't need to provide me with the data since it has been a year and a half that this theme was finished and signed off on... so, I stated that I am coming into this fresh and needed his help to identify and confirm one way or the other... that this theme was a $5000 theme and I was not going to just take someone's word for it that this theme was complete and he needed to provide me with information about who signed off on it... he again refused and asked what does it matter? that the theme was a year and a half old and would have many issues anyway if not properly kept up to date. I said it is because of these issues that I need to see something that says someone from his company completed this theme and someone from our company has accepted it and signed off to which he stated that someone must have signed off because it was paid for and released and that they do not release a theme until those two things have happened.
Ranson then accused me of attempting to find a loophole in our agreement to have our theme fixed for free... to which I stated he was wrong that I needed to know that the contract was fulfilled as expected and that he should be able to provide me with something other than his word.
Ranson then mumbled something about the recent reviews I left regarding the 4 days previous attempts to contact someone from his company to which I corrected the 4 days and stated the real term to be 2 1/2 weeks of leaving messages with no replies and how excessive that was for any company and how I would be writing more reviews when we were finished... I then asked for the correct spelling of his name and that's when he hung up on me.
