Casey Ditmore - Whole Cell - Cell Mart Scam, fraud, liar, thief, Whole Cell Austin Texas

I run a wholesale electronics business (smartphones) I've been in contact with Casey Ryan Ditmore born 7/12/1984 since August 2016. I sold 2 orders of phones to him before purchasing from him on 11/21/16. He stated he had 150 iPhone 5s's that did not power on he wanted to sell. I agreed on $30 per phone for a total of $4500.

For over a month he stated he would give me a tracking number for the phones and did not. He was consistently giving me the "run around" trying to buy more time. After I did some research on him I found out that he is known for fraud. After calling him out on it he said he was going to give me a refund several times and it never happened.

He then he decided he was going to send a package via UPS (tracking number 1Z2170A3A817375060). The package arrived on 1/3/17 and contained 9 phone cases worth approximately $20. It stated it weighed 50 lbs and actually weighed 2 lbs 8 ounces. I have pictures and video evidence. He has been known to do the same to others via these reports:

He also is an alcoholic and appears to be involved in other types of fraud. Here is a link to an arrest record that happened recently:

It appears he bounces around the Austin and Dallas Texas area and is also known to be in the Jacksonville, Florida area (that's were my bogus package was shipped from). I will not stop pursuing him until this guy pays for what he has done.  I will be hiring a private investigator, contacting his family members, filing a lawsuit, etc. I'm sure some more research will turn up a lot more info on this guy.

Obviously this guy is a full on crimial. He will give you the run around till no end. DO NOT do any businesss with him what so ever. I have all the proof including text messages, emails, invoices, videos, etc. I encourage anyone who has more information on this guy or is pursuing legal action to contact me.
