I had recieved a payday loan from Case Transfer Centers.com, and unknown to me, they first took out the full amount of the loan from my account on my pay day, I was in dire straights, and had no choice but to re-open the loan with them. My due date on the loan is 08/31, I called them yesterday to negotiate my payments, perhaps to split them up, little by little, etc.

First of all, I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for a supervisor, then when I got the supervisor, he was rude. I kept pleading with them to help me out and negotiate a payment plan with them - no dice!! They informed me they will take it all out on my paydate, and basically there is nothing I can do. I asked them if they are a member of the CFSA - Community Financial Services Association, the the only national organization dedicated solely to promoting responsible regulation of payday loan companies, they are not!! Then I asked for an address, the home office is in Malta, out in the Mediterranean Sea.

I was appalled that they would be allowed to do business in the states, as they are not business people, they are nothing but ripoff artists!! I am going to have to put a stop payment on their withdrawals, (they take it out in 2 increments) which is going to cost me $50 total to stop the payments, then my only other recourse is to send them their payments by Western Union, etc.
I do not think they should be licensed to operate with inidividuals in the US. They told me their policies are explained on their website - THEY ARE NOT. There is no mention on their website that the full amount is due at your next payday (can be as little as 8 days), nor is there any mention of the exhornitant fees they charge.

No Disclosure - No Customer Service

I am aware and I am willing to pay on the loan I currently have with this company. However, I contacted the so called 'customer-service' number yesterday evening to make such arrangements, and was treated extremely rudely and they seem to have absolutely no regards in working with their customers/sonsumers whatsoever.

I was told that if I cannot make the payment in full on this payday loan that further measures would be taken. This is where the problem lies, 'Mr. Bruce' mentioned that he had information and forms that he would file with my payroll department, so I asked him a very simple question, "Exactly what papers, and what does that mean to me?" He REFUSED to answer the question. ONLY to respond, "I don't have time to go over that with you, it is in your contract." I asked him exactly where in the contract because I did not recall seeing anything of the sort, he again responded very rudely, "I don't have to tell you, and I'm not going to read you your contract word for word."

I do not try to shirk my financial responsibilities, I only want to make some arrangements with this company, they absolutely refuse to answer questions, or help me with any arrangements. I am convinced that they do not follow the Consumers Fair Credit Reporting act, nor follow any standards of Customer Service.
