Cashnet500 Global Harassing phone calls at work, deceptive collection practices! Ripoff Internet

I borrowed money from this company. The contract states that they will deduct the entire amount due on the due date unless you ask for an extention. I never asked for an extention, yet they only deducted the finance charge and renewed my loan automatically. Then they deducted the finance fee again 1 week later and auto renewed me again! A Before they next auto deduction, I closed my account due to some more strange activity going on. My account number had been compromised by giving it to them.

I have filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and I sent them notification of this with the proper documents. However today a very rude Tim Atkins called my work and harrassed several of my coworkers when he couldn't reach me, then called back and asked for a manager. Unless I am mistaken, it is illegal for anyone to divulge personal financial information to anyone who is not involved in the debt. Further, under bankruptcy I am protected from any collection activity! He called with the "title" of fraud alert", which looks real good since I work in accounting!

I faxed him again with a stern letter reminding him that it is in contempt of federal court to attempt to collect a debt while I am in bankruptcy proceedings, but they do not listen or care. I do not know how to make them stop even though they are breaking the law! Help!
