CashnMinutes And National Processing ripoff Florida Internet

I am currently in a situation. I applied for a payday loan with cashnminutes.com and didn't know I was approved for the loan. There was no call and it turns out they sent an email and it went directly to the junk folder.
After applying for the loan and being approved for $150.00 I quickly called and told them that it was not needed nor did I see the email in time. The company DID NOT answer any of my calls nor the numerous voice messages I left them. I sent cashnminutes an email letting them know that my account didn't have the funds available and I will be calling them to make other arrangements, they responded back to the email with an "Okay that's fine"

Yesterday I received a call from 904-805-0878 and spoke to a Ms. Gomez she left a message which I wasn't able to get to until 8pm last night. I called promptly this morning and was told that cashnminutes has sent my account over to them and that I had to pay $447.71 by 8:45AM which was an hour after speaking with them. Their scare tactics DID work and I rushed to find someone to give me the money alas no one was able to lend me that much at such a short time. I called Ms. Gomez back and she very rudely told me that charges will be filed against me. I just started seeking legal aid and stumbled unto this site where I noticed other people were having the same problems. I just called the District Attorney here in Missouri and filing an complaint against the company as well. I am still in the process of trying to get in touch with cashnminutes but no one is ever available over the phone and have not corresponded with me through emails either.

For those that have had the same problems, what's the next step that I need to do?
