This company has been taking money out of my bank account since September. I paid off the cash advance in December, yet they continue to take out of my account. They are horrible, and each time I contact them wanting a written copy of my terms with what I have paid, they refuse to send me anything. I do not know how to get them to respond in writing to me and stop the withdrawals.
