These people are crooks!Took out a 300 loan have paid back 310 now they are saying they are going to take out 4 165 dollar payments for 4months then last payment for amount borrowed (300)plus fees?wth?This should be totally illegal!Highway robbery!Why do people like this prey on people who are allready struggling?why arent there stricter laws on the interest for these loans?

Yeah, they suck. They charge high interest. From Cashyes.com site "You will be charged interest at a rate of at least 36% APR per $100 borrowed per loan period. And, Cash Yes charges (at minimum) an underwriting fee of $15 per $100 borrowed per loan period ".

Please note RATE OF AT LEAST 36%. Yes, it's very high. But the interest rate, the monthly repayment amount & the amount of months were explained to you before you accepted the loan. So while the interest is high, you agreed to it at the time. I hope you use this as a learning experience and don't get another payday loan.
