Castelli Masonry or Whitestone Masonry Corp. Possessing a total,lack of professional integrity,Frank Castelli promised a wow job with installation of new stoop & paver walkway.Within 2 days I had white haze & spots all over the pavers. North Massapequa New York

Within 2 days of having Frank Castelli install a new stoop & walkway on 4/30/17 ,I texted him to complain about white spots-haze on walkway/stoop.On 5/3 he looked at the horrible work & he returned on 5/6 to use a brown liquid -clleaner which made it worse.I told him not to use acid but he did.Frank said he would rip out the walkway/flagstones on steps & replace with new pavers on 5/13.It rained that day.

  I texted Frank on 5/15 asking when was he coming to do the work.He texted me on 5/16 saying he would do the work on 5/20.I texted him on 5/20 & his reply was that he was not coming.Frank said that the white spots were from fertilizer/weed killer.I do not use fertilizer on my zoysia grass.

 I have been more than patient with him.I had another mason contractor come on 5/20 to look at my horrible mess.The new contractor agreed with me that the pavers /flagstones that were installed must have been lying around elsewhere for sometime.Also,Frank used polymeric sand in the paver joints which he did not clean off the pavers correctly before applying water.

  Frank has not shown me any professional integrity.
