Cavco Ind., Durango Division The Home Source ripoff, false promises victimized many consumers screwed others too Show Low & Phoenix Arizona

we purchased our cavco home in january of 2002, we up-graded just about everything in the home we have gone though everyone to get help we had over 400 problems, they have fixed some, we still have more.

my kitchen floor linoleum had ridges all over it was replaced, they layed the new one over the old, there are more ridges all over the new floor they won't do anything about it.

kitchen sink had a hair line crack in it they tried to buff it out the buffer left groves on the sides of the sink they worn't do anything about it.

carpeting thoughout the house needs to be stretched we have have ripples all over they won't fix that.

we payed for a dishwasher ready hookup didn't gewt it had to hire someone to do it out of our pocket they won't repay us.

a furnace that bangs when it goes on and off they won't do anything about.

we returned the drapes should have gotten a refund nover did.
scretched windows the window company came out to replace them but the person they sent didn't know how to work on siding and they sent out some of the wrong windows so we have new windows in the garage no one will install them.

counter top and kitchen table that the workmen scretched they won't fix kitchen chair they broke.

an office that we can't hang the doors on because they made the opening bigger then the doors so we have doors that they sold us in the garage that we can't use.

doors that are two inches above the floor.

construction and height of the entertainment center is not the one we approved and no where to plug in the stero.

warped doors they won't replace.

sink in master bathroom not set right.

molding all around is so high you can put a quarter under it they won't fix it.

we have a shower door that won't close.

molding in master bathroom around door was damaged by workmen they won't fix.

outside the frame around the front door is seperated.

siding has gap's not installed right.

trim around windows and shutters need repair and painting.

overhang is hanging down eaves all around the outside needs repair corner trim boards need to be replaced in two area's two place were cut to short must be replaced.

this has been a nightmare everytime they fix something they brake something else it's like we have no right's.

the inspector was useles he worked for cavco at one time and is friends with them.

we have contacted everyone we can we went to court even though we had pictures and paper work the judge only approved one item how can this be cavco people come out and talk to you like your an idiot they try to intimidate you.I have written to everyone, bbb, office of manufactured housinf, ombudsman, state legislature's,state senate rep, united state's senator, atate attorney general,and tv news stations no one will help us.
