I was sold online course that i did not want pressure sales and they would not cancel sale after one day without even signing on. I just wanted online course in a+ certification and networking they gave me live labs for a router to get net work experence not what I wanted or asked for.
The online course had a set time to complete. The time was adaquite ecept most of the time could not sign on to toolwire for course and when I did it kicked me off. You can only sign on twice for each course topic, making it impossable to complete course.
The cost of this ripoff was 2400.00 dollars and to fix this problem they wanted another 1000.00 dollars for another course.

Toolwire offers superlative, hands-on experience with remote access to actual devices for the very best experiential learning. I looked through our records and found that Luis was enrolled in our labs for one year. I also discovered that he did not reach out to our support team until nearly a month after his subscription expired to tell us we had ripped him off and to threaten us.
Had he reached out to us with connection or access count concerns, we are always happy reset the 3 accesses to each labs and help end-users find a working solution to access their labs. I cannot speak to the course-ware that Luis was encouraged to study as different resellers offer different packages.
CBT Direct was trying to offer Luis a discount to resubscribe to his lab package and extend his Toolwire LiveLabs access. It is important to use the time allotted and to speak up early if you are having any difficulty accessing your content.
