CCA WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THEY DEBITED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, BUT YET THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY WOULD SEND A VOUCHER TO COVER THE COST OF THE FEE. ALL THIS HAPPENS EVEN THOUGH I REQUEST FOR THEM TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. NOW ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE RECIEVED A BILL FOR 397.85 ON TOP OF THE 198.00 THEY DEBITED. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MONEY BACK NOR MERCHANDISE NOR CREDIT. I CALL AND THEY TALKED TO ME REAL BAD. EVEN THE FLOOR MANAGER.

1 First National Card CCA CREDIT SERVICE DIVISION I called about the card and I was told that I was speaking to Michelle Crabtree with employee I.D. # 063726. She ask me for my bank account information, my social security number and my home phone number. I gave them the information not know at first about this being a rip-off company. Las Vegas Nevada
