Ccbasket.com ripoff On-line Basked internet

I placed an order on 7-4-06 and have not yet received my product. Several attempts were made to contact the company via internet but all have gone unanswered since the first one on 7-7-06 inquiring where the shipment was. The answer at that time was "we are extremely backordered and you should receive your shipment in 7-10 business days." On 7-17-06 I contacted my bank since I'd not gotten answers via internet email or my product. To date my visa has not YET been charged. My bank cancelled the visa and issued a new one.

However, I've been put on notice that if the company (ccbasket.com) had already received an authorization number my card can still be charged as it was pre-approved prior to my cancelling the card. If my card gets charged and I do not receive my product I am to contact the bank again so they can dispute the charge.
