CCI - credit Counsel Inc psycho in collections Miami, Florida

I have been reading the threads back and forth between CCI and the consumer.

I think it isonly fair to listen to both sides and try to resolve the issues. I am not sure that a credit Agency is going to be liked yet, they need to follow the letter of the law and propper practices.

I suggest a phone call to clear uo the issues.

I have know this company for a while. Never had a problem like this.

I find it hard to believe the claims against credit counsel Inc.

I have used the company extensively over the past 10 years without a single complaint.

We have to remember that nobody likes collection agencies therefore, I am not surprised that someone would complain about a collection aganecy.

What I find hard to believe is that someone would accuse Credit Counsel Inc of using such tactics.

I do not belive it.

Robert "Bobby" Cohen is actually the owner of Credit Counsel, Inc. a/k/a CCI and his real name is Christopher E. Mihoulides. Most people are unaware that in the collections field that no one uses their real name, so Chris' stage name is Robert Cohen. He is probably one of the most arrogant individuals I have ever met. I have seen/heard him make calls to people which, if he were being recorded or videotaped would make the evening news... and rightfully so. He loves to harrass people and insult people - it makes his day.

I think turnabout is fair play. I think if you are going to HIDE behind your fake name and make people miserable by calling them repeatedly and threatening them and violating nearly every aspect of the FDCPA, that people ought to know where YOU live... don't you think? Chris' home address is 4844 Hibbs Grove Terrace, Cooper City, FL 33330. Everyone should start sending him mail!! Let him know that you know who he is!! Also, just for verification purposes, you can visit www.sunbiz.org which is the secretary of state site for Florida and look up Credit Counsel Inc. and you will see that Chris Mihoulides is indeed the owner of the company.

Rest ASSURED... Chris Mihoulides and his napoleonic complex are NOT coming to Texas to do ANYTHING to ANYONE - so don't be afraid. As little as he is, if you showed up at their offices, he'd run and hide under his desk. He is a coward. Don't let him bully you. Next time he calls you, DON'T ANSWER... it will drive him crazy because he isn't in control.  Never give a bill collector your financial information -- and once you know it is a bill collector -- don't answer the phone... better yet, change your phone number and make it non-listed/non-published.

Lastly, go to bud hibb's site who is a consumer advocate and you can get all the help you need there to give you some peace of mind. Good luck!
