CCS First National Card Ripoff my money I have been lost $200 and really piss me off Las Vegas Nevada

I recieved approval letter and an activation card from ccs first national card. I sign up and they ask me my bank account number, they charged me $199.99, they took it from my account. they promised that they will give a good benefit and credit limit $8000.

But after i sign up as their member, they never answer my call, they always put me on hold for hour and hour. i did call their activation number again to get some information, but they don't care about the member. I'm so desperated now, i really want my money back, please help me.
