CD Duplication Center Thieves unprofessional. Horrible service. Bait and switch Scammers Chatsworth, California

CD duplication Center is the worst place I have ever been! I am a musician and singer and needed 100 CDs copied because I was doing a performance and wanted to sell them. I brought my artwork in along with a sample of the CD that I had, Mona told me there would be no problem since I brought it in in plenty of time For them to make copies and for me to have it for my performance on Sunday. She told me that they would email me with a sample of the CD Artwork for my approval which they did. I approved the artwork and told them to proceed.

I started to get concerned right around Wednesday because I hadn't heard back from them. I knew they were closed on the weekend so I needed to get my CDs by Friday. I called Mona, and she said oh no problem it will be ready on Thursday. On Thursday she told me the guy who does the copies had not come in, but don't worry I would have it by Friday. I told her that I teach a class at 2:30 on Friday. She said they would have it by 1 o'clock no problem. Friday came along, she called me and said the guy had not come in yet and he would be in at noon and he would make the copies then and for me to wait and she call me when they are ready.

She called me at 1:30 for me to hurry up and come in and pick up the CDs they would be ready. I was rushing to get there because I have a class immediately at 2:30. When I got there they still weren't ready. She gave me 40 copies that were ready. I was frustrated. When she went in the back I decided to take a look at the CDs. I was appalled. My picture on the front of the CD was a yellow tinted extremely yellow. Not at all what I approved! I opened up the inside and on the disc itself there was a white copy paper looking label that looked as if it'd been pasted on by my 12-year-old son.

It also had no songs listed. when Mona came back I informed her of the problem. She told me I approved it. Which I did not! I had to take 40 copies with me because I only had a handful of my other ones left. She told me they would fix the problem. I didn't sell any of those horrible yellow copies that they made. I sold but I had left in my stock. I brought back all 40 copies. Mona told me that they would do three copies for me to approve and they redo the order. She said that they would have it have been three copies ready in a few days.

A few days went by I called she said the guy had not come in yet. I called again the guy had not come in yet that point I asked for my artwork back I returned all copies. She told me she didn't know where my artwork was because the guy wasn't in yet when I ask her to call him she said no he has another job. So I had to wait. I waited until the next day I brought in my copies I got my artwork back they told me they would be charging me for the yellow CDs. This was the order of the owner who I asked to see but was not available because he was in Arizona this place is a rip off they kept my deposit they put through the balance on my credit card. I returned everything and they still charge me. Their work was horrible their service was horrible do not do business here!
