would like to give this business a - 10 if that were possible. There are NO safe guards protecting your children in this place. This husband and wife team (Charles David & Michele) are all about their needs and forget the paying customers who pay their bills. People - especially parents - who are interested in martial arts and assume there is any sort of vetting of instructors regarding credentials, licenses, and criminal background checking are fools. I would highly recommend you do your due diligence and stay away from this place unless you like shocking surprises from this husband and wife team.   Charles David (he calls himself CD) changes belt ranking(s) as he desires so he can keep students longer and fatten his so called pockets without any regard to the time and effort put in by the students. Also, if you raise a concern him and his wife want to discredit you and deflect from the problem.   One of his so called instructors wanted to manhandle my son who is only 8 and it was all caught on video. When I approached the instructor he wanted to stare me down and intimidate me. Additionally, he vehemently denied doing such, but again it was clearly shown on video.   Michele (who is CD's wife) is the most biased individual I have ever met. She completely wanted to ignore the problem (all while having a smirk on her face) and none of them wanted to take accountability for the negligence on their behalf. Instead of focusing on the actual problem which was my child being manhandled they were more concerned about liability and litigation. My child was on the verge of testing for another belt which is a very time consuming process and was denied that opportunity because apparently this business is more concerned with protecting its image as opposed to protecting the children that attend. Neither one of them even bothered to offer up a simple apology for what had taken place at their business!   Parents... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS and do your due diligence on these people and their background before you waste your time and money for their benefit.
