CDG COMMERCE is a scam merchant account company.

They stole almost $1000.00 from us and then stopped responding to emails.

I believe it is 1-2 man operation with extremely corrupt and fraudulent policies that will ruin your business. CDG COMMERCE merchant account review.

We never had any chargebacks until one customer disputed by mistake. The customer, customers credit card and us sent them copies of the mistake along with rebuttal documents but CDG commerce never released the money. It has been over 45 days now. They have also completely stopped replying to emails.

On top of that, they never bothered to read the rebuttal documents or submit them to the customer bank. Although the customers bank had already released the money.

They also stopped deposit for almost $2500 sale for no reason whatsoever. We lost rapport and the sale because of these fools.

DO NOT USE CDG COMMERCE. They are a fraud company, run by few individuals completely oblivious to fiduciary responsibility and laws.

We are seeking a claim against this company to recoup the lost sales, breach of contract and fraudulently stealing our money.
