Don't waste your time working for Celadon.  You will lose your family and house. Paul Will and Eric Meeks don't care about the drivers. It's ok for a driver's lights,water get cut off. They don't worry about if you get miles, if your not a trainer and student they could care less. They are firing all the real dispatcher and hiring babies for dispatchers who couldn't fight their way out of a brown bag. Whatever you do please don't make that mistake of going broke or losing your house,car and belongings. Insurance you can't afford the medical or dental.  They don't want to pay layover or detention it's left up to customer service. Breakdown pay $30 after 24 hrs.  Not family oriented. I fell victim to them. They will lie to you and force you to go to Canada.  And look out for the students,Canadian and Mexican drivers
