celire, celire.com, Carla Keegan - sales rep, customer service., Anthony Wade - owner Total ripoff organization, how do we shut them down and hold them accountable ? Houston Texas

I was referred to the celire.com website when searching for the best price for an outdoor barbeque. I did what I thought was my due diligence investigating the website via online reviews and searching for existing complaints. Placed my order and was directed to Amazon to make payment. I was skeptical, but thought maybe this method of payment made sense for a small company and at least I wasn't giving celire my credit card information. Throughout the entire process celire was responding immediately via email making the transaction appear legitimate. Following payment I immediately received a confirmation of payment and order processing from celire stating that the merchandise would be shipped within two (2) business days.

It's been in excess of two (2) weeks now with no further contact from celire and no response to my emails, and now I read in another complaint that the celire phone number has been disconnected.  After no responses from celire I spent time attempting to ferret out more information about the company and discovered that depending which lead you follow there are physical adresses for the company shown both in Columbus, Ohio and Houston, Texas. I allowed that with their Texas address perhaps they were involved in the flooding there, although their website continues to function and will currently accept new orders.

I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but with their website continuing to function there's no reason why they cannot return emails, or phone calls.  I believe this company is a total scam and those involved should be held responsible and prosecuted.  This company is an example of why many people do not trust doing business via the internet. I intend to do all I can to spread the word, file a complainbt with the BBB, any utilize every avenue available to cause this company to cease to exist.
