I purchased a Groupon for iPhone screen repair by Cell Doc. I took my phone in for the repair. My phone was in perfect working condition with the exception of the screen being cracked. The associate also confirmed this himself. I picked my phone up an hour later. An hour after that, my screen and icons started blinking and moving erratically.
I immediately went back to this business. The associate told me that my service wasn’t guaranteed and refused to repair my phone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I will also be fining one with the FTC for this as well. Do NOT use this company. They aren’t reliable or trustworthy.

I was promptly contacted by the owner of Cell Doc. He asked me to come in the following day to personally take care of my issue and he did. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend Cell Doc for all cell repairs.
