Cellular One - Dobson Communications Lies And Steals From It's Customers!! Fraudulent charges to my bill and negligence in correcting those charges along with much more. The Store I Happened To Obtain Service With Is Now Convienently Closed. Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Cellular one fraudulently charged me for roaming, minutes, etc. from day one. They programmed my phone incorrectly, they refused to credit my account back, It was absurd the charges that were on my bills. The phone was for my daughter to use and when she turned 18 they put it her name....now the bill is at the collection agency.
I called for 2 weeks to get a hold of a manager who was supposedly at a different store in a different town or state everytime I spoke to her. And, further more there is not a signed contract with them and they charged for me one.?
CELLULAR ONE SUCKS AND EVERYONE I HAVE SPOKE TO ABOUT THIS COMPANY THAT HAS HAD ANY SERVICE PLAN FROM ANYWHERE IN OKLAHOMA WITH THEM WILL TELL YOU THE SAME THING... THEY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE AND KEEP ON CHARGING UNTIL THE BILL IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH INSTEAD OF TURNING OFF YOUR SERVICE LIKE OTHER NORMAL BUSINESSESS DO! THEN THEY WILL NOT CORRECT THE CHARGES AND THE BILL GETS SENT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY WHERE ARE THE FINES AND LAWSUITS SUITS BILLY? SIGN ME UP!

I SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER TO CELLULAR ONE MONTHS BEFORE THE SERVICE TO MY PHONE WAS CUT OFF. GET THIS.... THE POST OFFICE TRACED THE LETTER TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO IT AND FOUND THAT THE ADDRESS GIVEN TO ME TO SEND MY WRITTEN CANCELLATION (THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SERVICE) WHICH WAS IN OKC.... HAD NOT PICKED UP THERE MAIL FOR OVER 2 OR 3 MONTHS AND THAT THEY HAD LIKE SEVERAL HUNDRED CERTIFIED LETTERS THAT HAD NOT PICKED UP....!!!!
AND WHERE IS THE SERVICE CONTRACT.... I DIDN'T SIGN ONE AND NEITHER DID MY DAUGHTER...
CELLULAR GOT OVER ON ME BIG TIME FOR WHAT CHARGES I PAID THEM FOR.
