Cellular Plus will Defraud, bilk, take, victimize, use, dupe, extort, con and double-cross Flint Michigan

Celluar Plus, has lied, cheated, and actually stolen money from me. They do not honor any agreements that are made. They have unjustly taken a $270.00 deposit and kept it. They have cost me over another $200.00 in bounced check fees, because I was on an auto payment system.

They would take their bill money from my account anywhere from two to ten days before I was even billed for my cellular usage. When I asked that they not take the money out until 5 day's after I would recieve the bill they continued to withdraw the money when ever they felt like it. They even went so far as to charge me with late fee's!

The last straw, came when I went to their operations in Flint, to change to a phone service that they said would eliminate this problem, because the billing would not be handled in their office. At this time their manager said that they would give me a full refund on my secuity deposit, (because they were orginally only suppose to keep it for one year, I signed with this company in 2000) and signed a document stating this fact. She also said that it would take six weeks to process the refund check. But that I would recieve it.

They could take my money when ever they wanted to, but they couldn't part with their money in a timely manner. After waiting the six weeks to recieve the refund, I called and was told that they would "look in to this matter, and call me right back." I called again the next day, and was told that the correct form wasn't filled out, but that it was filled out the day before and that I would recieve a check.

They said they could tell me when to expect the check if I called back the next day. When I called I was told that the manager would call me back. Instead I recieved a letter stating that I wouldn't recieve a refund, because I had not lived up to my end of the orginal two year contract that I had signed.

The stipulation that they used against me was that about a year and a half into the orginal contract I made a change in my plan increasing my minutes and actually agreeing to pay them more, so my two years then began at that time. They then stated that I had not lived up to the contract, because I swithced to a different company, that they represented and recommended.

This company is a total rip off. In fact they have done so many "shady" deals that they have to use velco on their sign, because they keep changing the name to avoid doing what is the right thing. That being to honor their commitments.
