i ordered and received a trial offer of there product statement date 2/19/08. on 3/12/08 i received another order of libido-max. i called immediately and said that i did not order and did not want the product and could i please obtain a return authorization number as stated on the cancellation/return policy. after going around and around with incompetent representatives, i finally got the auth# and mailed product back on 3/13/08. as of today my account is still not credited. i sent this package priority mail and they claim they have not received the product yet. therefore my account cannot be credited. even though i have a receipt from postal service with the company's zip code, they claim that they would need a confirmation number. it seems very convenient for them to claim no receipt of product. this seems to be a practice with this company as i have read another simular report on ripoffreport.com from annhara of lynnwood, wa. this is not an accepted practice and there has to be something consumers can do to shut them down.
