CELLULAR SALES NO NAMES, THEY KNOW Steal $$$ BALTIMORE Maryland

Pardon my passion, 

When you take a job that's in competition with a corporation of course there will be a bowl of bulls*** one must consume and smile afterwards as if it was pie instead. I've worked for Indirect cellular companies since 2010 and this company sealed the deal in my decision to retire from that industry for good. 

Granted, everyone that works here says they made the most amount of money then any other place they've worked at in this field. Now unless you get promoted to a recruitment position or regional director position, I beg to differ. On an average employee's check one makes about $2900- $1900. If you lick a** with a silver tongue all month and have no life and just work,work,work you can gross a little more or less than $5000. Now when that gets deposited that looks golden. NOW, onto the fun parts of this job tho;  driving.

You are required to rotate around about 3-5 stores throughout each day of the week, some locations not close at all. Cellular Sales tells their employees it's so they get a wider knowledge base of the stores around them and build more clientele. WELL. With that being said, that $2900 on your check diminishes tremensely with something called car maintenance. When your driving a little less than 40 miles a day to work, you will get on a first name basis with a mechanic (and I hope he's cheap :)) hence you will be sharing your check with him. All my ex co workers with a taste for nice cars that require 91 octance fuel know what I'm talking about.

Charge backs are another real thing in the cell phone industry, but are not held in the sole responsibility of the employee instead the indirect itself when it happens USUALLY. The flawless logic of CSOKI makes the employees split the full retail price of the phone that was deactivated with those that were on the shift once the sale was processed. CSOKI expects their employees to either suffer from the chargeback or gofind the phone that was deactivated. To add on to the flawless logic, Verizon charged the customer that deactivated a fee already, soooo why are employees getting punished again??

Not to get emo or anything, but if you have mouths to feed, bills to pay, and you dedicate your life to a company that pays you once a month and steals from that check anyways; it makes you thinks more than twice. A few Iphone deactivations can turn a $2,000 check to $400. Not to say that always happens, but I've witnessed it happen to ex peers and felt for them  and you knew they quit. They discover, and we all do; you are at the bottom of barrel and you can be treated like so. Like I said a bowl of bulls***, but trust me better oppurtunities await you.

*Side note* If you have a day off, well you won't. Cellular sales doesn't want students, or anyone with other endeavors. They want pure selfless obedient social robots. Point blank. I wasted 5 months of this good life on a company that is skilled at giving broken promise. I entered this company to climb the ladder, instead found out the ladder isn't based on numbers but merely favortism. YOU DON'T HAVE TO HIT QUOTA TO WORK HERE. Just kiss a** and be a good boy, do as your told.
