Cellular sales ,auth.verizon dealer, Rip us off and charged a phone to our account !!! Winter haven Florida

We pre ordered phones from them somehow one phone went to one of there locations and the other went to another. One phone that went to wrong location was denied shipment ( both locations are owned by same company) the other phone was delivered to them. We went to their location and they stated they never received phone we showed them the tracking info from Verizon. Still stated they didn’t get it and sent us to corporate store. So we called fed ex the shipper they stated they delivered phone we went back to location and has fed ex on phone driver described sales man to a t and said they delivered 12 packages to them. Then they still said they didn’t get the phone. They sales assistant went to back room where he said he called his manager. The whole time we had Verizon on the phone sales assistant came back out and said he could get us a phone took our info and then stated we had to pay phone in full. We were approved by Verizon for no deposit. Lady on phone from Verizon still saying we could get phone. We left sales assistant came outside and said our account was fraudulent the lady from Verizon said that’s not true. Verizon got us both phones from a corporate store with no deposit and then found out the cellular store put our phone in someone else’s name Paul ??? and charged it to our account..... after we proved them to be a comeplete liar at Celluar Sales proving they are complete liars they tried to say our account was fraud.

Beware doing business with these people we are still on the hook for one of the phones until it get returned to Verizon from fed ex this is the phone that was denied by receiver. They are true crooks in this company not only is the sales assistant a crook but the managers are helping them be one. One thing for sure even Verizon themselves stated only go to corporate stores to guarantee you get a honest sale assistant. After going to a corporate store they couldn’t apologize enough fir the way we were treated the unfortunate part is we ended up loosing one of our phone numbers because of this because of the phone that is still not returned that we still are on the hook for.
