Bought car from Centennial GMC Las Vegas on May 5, 2008 but up to now, still have not received title to car. We called Centennial in early June to find out the status of title. Boris the sales person and Roy, the sales manager, told us we will have to wait 2 to 3 months for the title. We know that DMV just takes 10 days to 2 weeks to receive title, as we have registered an out of state car before ourselves. We called DMV Carson City ourselves and asked about the status of our title and was told that the title application was received with errors and was sent back to Centennial to be corrected in early June.

We called back Centennial and spoke to Roy, whose comment to us was "You didn't ask me if the title application was sent back, you just asked me when we sent it." We feel that Roy at Centennial is not handling our concerns properly and just giving us the round around, as we have to find out the true story from Carson City DMV ourselves.

We followed up with our title application today, June 26 (as we still have not received!), with Carson City DMV and was told that the title application from Centennial was sent back a second time on June 23 with errors again!! We are frustrated that we have paid $399 doc fee to the dealership to handle the documentation paperwork but the facts show that Centennial continues to not correct or handle the title application correctly and efficiently. On top of that, Centennial continues to give us the round around everytime we call to enquire about our title.

The people that we have spoken to at Centennial gives us the impression that now that the sale had been completed, we the buyer are left to "just have to wait for the title indefinately", while they continue to not give us a satisfactory resolution. We have given Centennial a reasonable amount of time for our title to the car and are now seeking the help of the BBB to resolve this matter. We still have not received our title to the car we bought from Centennial on May 5, 2008.
