Central Credit Services - Mr. Brown & Mr. Jones Harrassed, belittled, scared, and threatened to get money...then I went to jail! Jacksonville Florida

In July, I was contacted by Mr. Brown about an outstanding debt for a credit card through a friend's phone number. I knew that I'd not have any money to pay for it, however he called and called and threatened with being turned in for theft and such and such so I entered an agreement to make 3 payments at 1/2 of the actual bill. I knew that the money wouldn't be available as I was homeless as it were.

I finally got into an apartment with my children and a pretty good job too. As soon as I got in, my friend called me screaming about all the harassing calls she was getting at her house and to please call this man. I did, and he demanded I get a checking account and start paying off this debt! My mom and I opened one since I couldn't get one in my own name and they took money out before there was even enough in there for the payment...
Well, this account became soooooo overdrawn that the bank closed it.

Again, my friend starts to screaming about the calls from Mr. Brown. I call him and he starts threatening me. I told him if I gave all this money my children and I would lose my apartment. He basically said oh well, I made this debt and I have to pay it. I told him I wasn't trying to get out of it, I just couldn't make such large payments. He didn't want to hear it.

The day I was having surgery he called the cellphone that I had used on the last call, while under anestiah. My sister was in the room with me and she told me he was extremely nasty, told me I was lying and hung up on me. I don't really remember the conversation.

Then I agreed to make another payment through my then-boyfriends bank account. BIG mistake...
A month later, the same account was supposed to be used to take out another payment. I got a letter in the mail, and starting calling Mr. Brown to not take the money out. It was someone's account that I didn't have money in and wasn't authorized to use it!! He didn't return my calls.

My ex-boyfriend called a few days later saying he didn't have the money for his rent b/c someone took money from account. He told me his landlord gave him until 3 pm to get that money to him. I called Mr. Brown, and lo and behold he answered. He then proceeded to tell me tough. I said it was imperative that money go back, it hadn't been mine. He said tough, we were authorized to use it and I said NO, I called you...it was too late he said.
I then asked to talk to a supervisor, and Mr. Jones came on the phone and tried smooth talking me. It didn't work, so he then LIED to me and said to go to the bank and say I wanted to make an unauthorized usage form and the money would be put directly back into his bank. The bank laughed at me!

Well, there it was the day before Thanksgiving, and my ex-bf and his bank had me hauled off to jail. My kids were sent to a home and I just got out yesterday, December 10th!

I am now looking at having a felony on my record, which will prevent me from working in my field...screwed, all the way around.

Thanks guys.Oh yeah, my ex-bf lost his apartment too and he's now in a shelter with his kids too.
