I person witha thick accent called back to back 2 or 3 times had called my home 3 other times on the same day first leaving the name of Bob with my child yelling at her because she was not able to understand him. When I spoke to the same person according to my child he told me his name was Peter, I ask for the company name he started to get offended told me he was in Brockton, MA gave me telephone number 508 613 9208 when I asked him for his name again and company name he said it was for a Web PayDay Loan didn't have the company name said I should know that a company is seeking legal actions against my name and ssn when again ask what company he said he will put his supervisor on the line. I hung up and call back and some women started yelling at me again with the same thick accent.

Stacey is right this is a scam . I agree tell them you mother is a high priest and she is casting a strong strong voodoo hex on them.

I would file a report with the Attorney General. Fishing for your SSN is a dead giveaway-if they were collecting a legitimate debt, they would already have that. Threatening an imminent legal action is a common tactic. People get thrown off guard, and in this state they lower their guard.

This is all over ROR - they are scammers. Don't call them back. If they call you back tell them YOU know it is a scam, tell them your mother is a High Priestess and she is casting a spell on them.
