Central Termite & Pest Control Overbilling & Employee Dishonesty Little Rock Arkansas

I contacted Central Termite and Pest Control on or about October 28, 2016, for a termite policy on a home that I was selling in Little Rock, Arkansas.  When, I initially called, the customer service agent informed me that the inspection and termite policy would be no more than $450.00.  When I recieved my bill the day of closing it was for $763.00.  Also, they were unable to produce the termite inspection report to the closing agent in a timley manner, their excuse was that they were unable to read the inspectors handwriting and they were unable to get in touch with the inspectior who is their employee, which unfortunately delayed my closing.  When I called to discuss the bill the customer service agent was very unprofessional and her response was "we have attorneys and you owe $763.00"  Which unfortunately, I paid through closing.  Futhermore, I have bought and sold numerous properties and have never paid over $450.  for an inspection and termite contract.  So, be very leary of this company when they quote you over the phone and if you do decide to do business with them don't be suprised when you get an outrageous invoice.
