After reading about this company , I actually was searching for First National Bank, but my girlfriend had recently approved of that withdraw for 249.00$ 4 days ago. It hasn't been taken out of the account yet. In the morning we will try to cancel payment via bank.
I also looked up there website in the nic database at nic.com and found this

I am replying Travis who posted the information about Centurian Financial Services.
You identified a company that is a registered corporation in the Province of Ontario and solely operates in the Province of Ontario in Canada.
Centurian Financial Services is not licenced in Alaska or any part of the United States. We do not market or sell any credit products. We licenced to sell life insurance in the province of ontario.

Doing some searches recently, I found this posting by Travis in Alaska
I am not sure what he and his girlfriend encountered but I am a financial planner working in Ontario Canada and do not offer credit cards or other services to American citizens.
I hope that before such information is posted publicly, that some verification is done so innocent individuals and companies are not affected.
I understand the need for this service but Travis did a whois search and assumed that this was the individual that ripped him off. Not the case
