I paid Century 21 Resort Mart Real Estate $589.00 to List and Sell my timeshare in Branson, MO in October 2004. Once I signed the papers and sent the check, I can not contact Resort Mart by any means- email, fax, some of the phone numbers have been disconnected. When I call, I get an answering machine claiming they will call me back. It has been 5 years and many messages later, I have not received any return call.

I do not believe Century 21 as anything to do with this Resort Mart Real Estate. In fact, I think Century 21 has sued Resort Mart. Copy and paste the following address to read:
