I have been a long time Centurylink customer, I disconnected my Prism TV due to them charging over double what they were charging before on Dec 2nd. I was told they will send a box to send the equipment back in. I waited and at the end of December I called them again asking where the package was so I could send the equipment back asap. I got a apology and was told it was abeing sent out again, at that time the bill was $194.00 for Nov due. I again was waiting and got the box 2 months later with little info, and a big box to send that equipment back in. I took proof of the poor packaging to make sure I am not charged for any damage to the equipment sending it back with they put into the box. Now I see over $500 on my bill. I was shocked and called them up again. They only option on their phone service close to what my problem was is the bill payment option. I went to that area and got a very rude man. He now tells me they charge $300 a month for the equipment?? I was never told of this charge if the equipment was not returned. I was very upset and asked to speak to a supervisor to help with this issue. He raised his voice and refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I hope a supervisor heard that nasty call and got he fired over it. I tried to email Centurylink about the unresolved issue and how about that.... the email never went through LOL Yeah I bet those complaint emails never go thorugh anyway. Someone needs to have these people sued or something else done to make them stop overcharging and not telling people of charges, that is fraud!! I am reporting them to the FCC and BBB about the chrages and poor customer service.
