Store will not respond to several emails and voicemails left. Product looked very beautiful on website but did not receive desired product. Letters crroked and a very larg dent in product. I just want my money back. It has been over 45 days from paypal so not be able to file a claim. I will have to check with bbb and go from there. Do not buy from this company. Very sad on christmas morning because necklace is pure junk. But it also reminded me of why we are celebrating christmas to begin with!
