Placed order and received confirmation email, all looked normal until I placed 2nd order right away and asked that they be combined into one to recieve intial 15% discount. Received no response from company.
A couple weeks later again eamiled company no response. Looked closer at website & order confirmation which indicated to call M-F 8am-5pm CST for questions on orders, however, no phone number anywhere on the site or order confirmation document.
Vendor phone # that showed up on my Visa statement: 304-460-9263 goes unanwserd as well. It appears this company takes orders and does not fulfill or respond to any inquires. I ultimately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and investigate the company.
If by some miraculous event the jewelry items show up and are designed as promised then I'll provide updated information.
However, caveat emptor!
