I order burners parts through the warranty on my grill on 4/16/2010 and have not received it as of 6/12/2010.

I called almost five times and each time they apologize and offer to put me on the high priority list for shipping.

The last most ridiculous explanation I got from a supervisor at the customer support that the delay probably caused by their suppliers. Daaahh.
